Not Todd in Tulsa, Todd in o2’s retention team. I know Rachel said “the announcement” would make me happy, but I didn’t realise she actually meant it would amuse me. The new data deal:

So, I laughed and then I canceled and then I felt like a fool for waiting and a fool for even believing o2 might actually price a data product competitively. Even Orange are giving that a go.
